Meet the Expert

Christoff Poppe, MBA

Christoff Poppe runs Half of Eight, a boutique coaching practice for early-career leaders and professionals. He has a passion for supporting early professionals define their career purpose and values to have a greater impact on their lives, their teams, and society. Christoff is certified in Brain-Based Coaching with the Neuro Leadership Institute and holds an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg.

In parallel, he is Head of Airline partnerships at CLEAR, a secure identity company. He has a 25-year professional career in the aviation industry across a broad range of functions and roles, with experience  in the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East.

He has lived in five countries, is fluent in English and Spanish, and lives in Chicago with his wife and two daughters.
