Dr. Jonathan Borgwing, BASc, MS, EdD

Dr. Jonathan Borgwing is the CEO and Founder of Vig, a Training and Development Company. As the CEO and Founder, Dr. Borgwing is responsible for Day-to-day operations, ensuring that Vig stays abreast of the latest changes within the learning and development space, and provides clients with high return on investment learning innovations. Dr. Borgwing is also the create of the Agile ADDIE Framework, an evidence-based instructional design framework that leads to higher stakeholder satisfaction and faster development times.

Dr. Borgwing possesses experience in curriculum management, instructional design and development, educational evaluation, and program management. Before founding Vig, Dr. Borgwing served in several educational leadership positions within the government including the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence at Fort Huachuca.

Dr. Borgwing holds a Bachelor of Science in information technology from Northeastern University; a Masters of Science in Educational Technology from the University of Arizona; a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Arizona; and a Doctorate of Education in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University with a dissertation focused on the impact of agile elements on the ADDIE model.
