Before starting a consulting business, Ashley owned and served as General Manager in a franchise pizza restaurant with combined 17 years of restaurant experience and 7 years of business ownership experience. After successfully selling the franchise, Ashley now coaches and advises business owners in reorganization of systems and processes, cost analysis, and marketing. Ashley enjoys reading leadership books and the arts.
