2-week online course in Developing Management Skills. The course is for those aspiring to management positions to learn and improve their skills, for the benefit of themselves and their businesses.

Approximately 7.5-10 study hours per week for a total of about 15-20 study hours.

This course provides an opportunity for students to improve many key managerial and leadership skills. In particular, the course provides an opportunity for students to learn about their strengths and weaknesses around many traits and skills required of an effective manager and leader, particularly those skills that focus on interpersonal competence required to work effectively with individuals and within teams.       • Increase proficiency in analytical problem solving
      • Recognize personal conceptual blocks
